Description

A full day visiting Orsay museum and Giverny.

Orsay museum was installed in the former Orsay railway station, built for the Universal Exhibition of 1900. The building itself is seen as a work of art which displays collections of art from the period 1848 to 1914. You will visit the paintings section and the main works of the impressionists : Manet, Claude Monet, Pissaro, Renoir, Sisley but also Toulouse Lautrec, Van Gogh and many others famous masterpieces.

In Giverny, you will visit Monet’s house and atelier (on your own). Then your guide will show you the garden with the famous "japonese bridge".

You will have free time for lunch.
