Which kind of training do your guides have?
Our guides are licensed guide, which guarantee a high level of commentaries and allow them to guide you inside the museums and historical monuments.
In how many languages are your tours available ?
Euroscope guides all speak english and one or several other languages. All the tours are available in english, french, spanish, italian, german, russian and portuguese.
The Tours
Where is the meeting point to begin the tours ?
For all our tours (except a few walking tours) our guide will come to pick you up at your hotel or your apartment (which need to be inside Paris).
Most of the tours also include the return to the hotel (please see details on each product).
Can I book a tour with children ?
Your children need to be at least two years old, in order to preserve the quality of the tour for the other clients. All our cars are equiped with booster seats if you need one.
Nevertheless, you can book a private tour with children of any ages.
Are lunches included in the tours ?
Some of the tours include a lunch in one of our partner restaurants : Les Noces de Jeannette, La Bonne Franquette, la Tour Eiffel, les Bateaux Mouches, le Lido, le Moulin Rouge and la Tour Montparnasse in Paris, and Le Central in Reims.
If you chose a tour without lunch included, your guide will recommend a place to go for a simple snack or a nice lunch.
Do you accept animals in the vehicles ?
Animals are forbidden in the cars in order to respect the confort of the other clients.
How should I dress for a cabaret show ?
Casual elegant is strongly recommended.
What is the difference between a private and a prestige tour ?
All the tours can be booked on a private basis.
The prestige tours are a selection of specific tours with a guide at your disposal, in sedan vehicles (Mercedes Class S and Mercedes Viano Luxe).

How can I know if my booking is confirmed ?
Our team will send you an email shortly after your booking. If unfortunately the tour is full, your paiement will be automatically cancelled the same day. You can either call us or send us an email to arrange another date.
Is the payment secure ?
With Euroscope Paris your payments are fully secured and your personnal datas stay private.
What to do if I’m not able to attend the tour ?
In order to be reimburse it is compulsory to inform us at least 24 hours before the tour. If not, we won’t be able to refund you.
Our fleet of vehicles
How many people can fit in a minibus ?
The minibuses have a capacity of 8 people for the tours, and 6 people for the transfer (regarding the number of luggages).
Do the vehicles have Air Conditionning ?
All our vehicles are equiped with Air Conditionning.
Do you accept disabled person with a wheelchair ?
We only accept disabled person with a collapsible wheelchair and who is able to get into the vehicles. Unfortunately, our vehicles are not properly equiped to receive a heavily handicaped person.
