What is the background of Euroscope guides ?

Our guides hold a professional card that guarantee a high level of culture and History and allow guided visit in museum and historical sites.

In how many languages tours are available ?

Our guides speak all English plus one or two other foreign languages: spanish, italian, portuguese, deutsch, arabic and russian.

I would like to book a tour with very young children is it possible?

Of course, our vehicle can be equipped with booster seat. That being said, we don’t allow children below 2 years old in public tour. You will have to book a private tour.

Is there any lunch during the tours ?

We have a long partnership with the Eiffel Tower, Moulin Rouge…

About full day tours, like Loire Valley Castles for example, there is no lunch included. However, our guide will advise you where to get a lunch or just a snack.

Where do you pick up customers?

We pick up customers in the lobby of their hotel in Paris (not outside) as long as their hotel is not too far away from city centre. If so, we arrange a pickup Place des Ternes or at Opera Garnier. This is also true with transfers. Arrangement can be made with private tours.

Can i still book a tour if i do not stay in Paris?

Of course! We can pick you up at Opera Garnier, which is located very close to our agency.

What about drop off?

We only drop off customers in the city, usually at their hotel. If you want to be drop off at another adress in Paris, ask the guide and he will see what he can do.This is also true with transfers.

I read in your brochure that you have private tour, what is it about?

The vast majority of our tours are available in private. You will be alone in our prestige vehicle with the possibility to adjust the tour according to your desire. You can spend more time at a site for example. You will stay in the limit defined for the tour though.

What should i wear to go to Cabarets ?

Formal dress is strongly recommended to go to Moulin Rouge, Lido or Crazy horse. No short or sneakers for example. This is the policy of this places.

Do you admit people in wheelchair in your tours?

Not for Versailles and Louvre because of the long walks. You can still do these tours in private though. About the other tours, wheelchair need to be foldable and the person able to climb in the vehicle.

Do you allow animals?

No in order not to disturb other clients.

An incident doesn’t allow me to participate in the tour i already book, what shoud l do ?

First of all, advise us as soon as possible. Have a look at the sales conditions about our cancellation policy.

What are your opening schedules?

We are opened all year long from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm during low season (November-March) and until 9.30 pm the rest of the year. All of our staff speak english.
